EVERSYS INTRO
We introduce the Eversys Cameo machine. The basic set-up of coffee and milk. The daily cleaning routine. Handling of coffee grounds. Basic maintenance of the machine.
#1 - EVERSYS SET-UP COFFFE & MILK
We go through the basic set-up. One of two kinds of coffee? One of two kinds of milk? All set-up in the menu in the display.
#2 - EVERSYS CLEANING - INTRO
Start cleaning. Press the three lines on the top of the display. Pres and hold the button RINSE and press YES.
#3 - EVERSYS CLEANING - START
After initiated cleaning program. Remove coffee ground box and replace with drip tray. The machine will ask you to keep the milk tubes in the container, and the remaining milk will be pushed back in the container. Press CONTINUE.
The machine will ask you to put the cleaning solution into the bucket. Press the pump once. Remove milk tube from the container and place in cleaning bucket. Press CONTINUE.
#4 - EVERSYS CLEANING - END
After the 11 minute cleaning program, a message tells you to REMOVE the milk tubes from the cleaning bucket. Wipe tubes with a damp cloth. Place tubes back in the milk container. Switch out the drip tray with the coffee ground box.
#5 - EVERSYS CLEANING - GROUP HEAD
Clean the coffee outlet (also called “group head”). Push down the outlet and push it toward yourself. When off place in cleaning solution.
#6 - EVERSYS COFFEE GROUNDS REMOVAL
First option is the drawer, where the machine will automatically tell you when to remove the coffee grounds from the drawer. Second option is the much larger coffee ground box. Here you will have to check how filled it is frequently yourself.
