UN17 VILLAGE COLLABORATION

“This new eco-village in Copenhagen is designed to meet all 17 of the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals. From health and well-being to addressing poverty, the UN17 development is redefining sustainability in architecture” Fast Company, 28 November 2022. 

The UN17 Village is the  immensely ambitious project from our friends NREP. It will consist of five buildings and will soon house 1,100 residents. Once completed, UN17 Village will stand tall as an important landmark for Ørestad in Copenhagen as well as for NREP’s ambitions and visions within environmental, social and economic sustainability.

We are super proud to play a tiny part through NREP’s Noli Studio, where our practises around the coffee will be part of the overall circular and sustainable eco-system. From zero-waste principles to upcycling of coffee grounds. Can’t wait to get started, and see the project take shape.

NREP holistic approach to sustainability includes is build in close cooperation with Lendager, Sweco Architects Denmark, MOE Denmark, SLA and CG Jensen A/S.
