VICTORIA ARDUINO INTRO

We are introducing the daily use and maintenance of the Victoriua Arduino Black Eagle espresso machine. Brewing coffee. Steaming milk. Grinder settings. Backflush and cleaning.

#1 - VICTORIA ARDUINO CLEANING - BACKFLUSHING

We go through the daily cleaning of the machine. We go through the screen commands page for page. Backflushing and adding the espresso cleaning product. Followed by the same procedure just with water. Repeated on the other group head.

#2 - VICTORIA ARDUINO CLEANING - PORTAFILTER

While the machine is backflushing, we show how you how to clean the portafilter.

#3 - MYTHOS - GRINDER SETTINGS

We show you how to adjust your grind settings. If the espresso shot is running faster than 25 seconds you need to set the grinder to a finer setting. If the espresso shot is running slower than 30 seconds you need to set the grinder to a more coarse setting.

#4 - MYTHOS - GRINDER CLEANING

Once a week you shall clean the grinder. We show you how to in a few simple steps. Empty the hopper. Add 2 tablespoons of grinding clean. Grind it through. Use the steamer to clean the hopper. Use a brush to clean the outtake.

#5 - CHECK WATER FILTER

We show how you to check when it’s time to change the water filter. Your filter has a capacity for around 2.000 liters, and you should order a change of filter when it’s down to around 100 liters.

#6 - BREW COFFEE

We show you how to brew espresso. Grind. Tamp. Brew. We emphasize all the cleaning procedures from start to end.

#7 - STEAM MILK

Steaming milk comes as both an automatic and manual option.
