CLEANING & SERVICE
The highest level of service is integral to the solutions. The service agreement includes. Technical inspection as required. Free service call within normal opening hours. Replacement of defective parts. Loan machine during the repair period. If onsite repair is needed, the responsive time is within 24 hours.
The machines have a super easy daily milk cleaning program, that is either being to taught to a team member or the cleaning partner.

We are offering the highest quality coffee, that is traceable to a single coffee estate or cooperative, with the richness, quality & taste notes of the unique terroir of the area.
Coffee sourced from the highest standards of sustainable farming, based on natural fertilizers, and compost made from leftover pulp.
THE SUSTAINABLE APPROACH
We have developed our own sustainable system. It includes elimination of all single-use plastic using zero waste packaging instead with reusable boxes as a return system. All coffee is delivered emission-free on electric vans & bikes. Finally our We’ve set up a system to collect the coffee ground, on the return of every delivery.
